Shipping & Other Issues

What happens if the order address is incorrect, or the product is unclaimed by the customer?

In these cases, the shipping carrier will show that the order is being returned to the sender. We will need to recharge for the shipping to have the order reshipped to you.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

Please contact the shipping carrier to confirm the order status first. If the problem is still unresolved, email us at adaa.designz@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We ask you to include the following details in the email:

  • Order Number

  • Issue Details

  • Shipping Address

What happens if my package wasn't delivered, but the tracking says it was?

Please reach out to the carrier first and inquire for additional details about where the delivery person specifically left your order.

Shipping companies may sometimes leave the packages in an unexpected location within your shipping address (Ex. on the back porch, in the mailbox, etc.).

About the Garment

Product care instructions

Please check the care instructions included on the description page of each product.

Product colors may look different in real life

We can’t guarantee 100% color accuracy from what you see on your screen compared to the actual product. Various factors may affect the color of your order once the design is printed on the garment.

As the saying goes, “No Garment is Perfect.”

Our garments are as unique as you and me. Our kurtas, bottomwear, and dupattas are sewn by human hands. With this human element, variations may occur in the final product.

For example, kurtas of the same size may be cut and sewn differently, causing slight variations in the size. This also goes for the necklines and seams, too. But don’t worry! We do our best to inspect each garment for variations and/or defects due to the garment’s manufacturing. However, please understand that sometimes these issues may slip through our hands.
