Where do you ship your products? 

We ship within United States, Canada, and UK. 

Please be patient if you’re from another country and want to purchase our products. We’re planning to expand delivery to other countries soon. Send us a note at adaa.designz@gmail.com and we'll do our best to meet your request.

Where is my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, the fulfillment period takes 5-7 business days. We use this time to complete our quality checks on each product in your order.

When all items in your order have been perfected, the shipping period will take an additional 2-6 business days.

How much is the shipping fee? 

Shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
